Due to over 100 spammers per day signing up for our forums, we were forced to remove our forums completely. We simply don’t have the time or resources to investigate each person to be sure that they are real. We apologize for this. We are currently investigating ways to have only a ‘for sale/trade’ section. So, please stay tuned.

As for the race teams, this is a work in progress. We will be adding contact information and links to these teams and an article on the benefits of a race team. Thanks for checking it all out!
- Tomball BMX Update
Tomball BMX is still a project that is well into the planning phases, but it is currently tied up in the bureaucratic process, go figure. Current estimated date for opening is February 2012. Stay tuned for further updates!
- Tomball BMX City Council Meeting Update
David Mayes, speaking on behalf of Tomball BMX presented a solid argument for the city of Tomball to build a BMX park. It was received well by the city council of Tomball, although they did have some reservations which were mostly ‘what fund the money would come out of’ and ‘we need paved parking.’ Those two items seemed to resonate as the main concerns. However, no opposition was met at this time. The city council did ask that Tomball BMX be more specific with their amended budget and re-present the information in the future; there is no specific date at this time. John Purse and Kyle Bennett also spoke on behalf of Tomball BMX.There was a large turnout at the meeting and about 15 families showed up to fill the meeting to a standing room only condition. We’d like to thank them for that support!
In general, the news is great and we are fully behind the Tomball BMX project. Please stayed tuned for more information as things continue to develop. We will try to keep things updated here on BMXHouston.com.
